WHAT IS SPRAY FOAM ROOF INSULATION?

Spray foam insulation is the latest technology in roof insulation. We use an open cell foam that is sprayed directly onto the membrane under the roof tiles.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It traps the heat in winter and doesn’t gain heat from the outside during the summer. As well as insulating it also allows the house to breath to avoid any condensation in the loft. Due to the nature of spray foam it allows the loft to become a usable space. Another benefit is the additional level of support the roof receives and the additional protection.
