WHAT IS SECOTHERM?

SecoTHERM is a self cleaning cream that is applied to exterior brickwork to prevent penetrative damp.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Damp walls are thermal bridges and the wetter they get the more heat is transferred outwards. SecoTHERM is applied straight onto exterior brickwork and is absorbed into the bricks. Once it's set it creates an invisible waterproof barrier that doesn’t allow moisture to come into the property but does allow the wall to breath. It is based on the latest nanotechnology that reacts with the mineral groups within the brick to protect the property from rain, dirt, pollution and oil amongst other things.
